MY NEW HABIT

In these two weeks, I got a new habit that have changed my life.

Do you know what that is?

Some of my classmates heard me talk about this new habit a lot. And I recommend to my classmates and told them, "You need to try that! It's good for your health."

I am glad that they listened to my advice and willing to try that.

Okay. I'm going to tell you what is my new habit lately.

WATER!!!

DRINK WATER EVERYDAY!!!



What causes me to try on this habit? 

One of my friends told me my skin is no good. He suggested me to drink water continuously, and said that this can be a huge improvement for my skin.

For my health and my skin, I try this new habit.

In order to accomplish this mission, I need something to monitor myself, so I downloaded a drink water app called 'Drink Right'.

In this app, it tells me how many cups of water that I need to drink by measuring my height and weight.

I love this app because it has the notification function that keeps monitoring me to drink water on time.

For example, "Drink some water now!" "You need to drink 360ml water now!"



I tried to drink water on time during these 2 weeks. And let me tell you the advantages I have found on drinking enough water.

#1 My skin becomes moisturise. My skin never has this feeling before. It feels really great!

#2 I become more energetic. If I don't drink water on time, I will feel less productive.

Drinking more water is definitely good for my health and skin. The advantages have driven me to keep drinking water everyday. And, I hope I can inspire you to stay healthy and drink more water.
